Brené Brown is an American professor, lecturer, author, and podcast host. You may have read some of her work (Daring Greatly, Rising Strong, etc.). She gives advice but she’s like real in touch with her feelings. Which some advice givers are not.
My brain works too logically, so I enjoy reading Brene Brown’s work for its emotional spin.

She just listed 3 of the hardest things to do. Being vulnerable, being uncomfortable and being present.
The easiest way to do hard things? Start small. Share a feeling with someone close to you. Try a food from another culture. Turn your phone off at dinner and talk to your family.
It’s not rocket science but it’s not easy to change our bad habits. So, start small and keep building on it.
